Are any companies integrating any outside taxonomy vendors with Eightfold?

We are getting questions from users on best practices of using calibration and they want to know what the benefit is of using year of experience vs focusing on skills. We were told that the best practices in calibration include adding years of experience. The issue they see with years of experience is that a profile may not be totally up to date, making the years of experience inaccurate and then surfacing leads that are NOT a match. Meaning that if someone's profile was entered into our system 3 years ago and their profile wasn’t manually updated by the CRM connect, their years of experience would be outdated by 3 years.  We are wondering if any customers use years of experience in calibration given it would surface outdated profiles and if you are using it, how does it benefit you compared to just using skills, locations and job titles. 

Has anyone found or created a report that can produce all the interviewers involved per req/per candidate? This is an important data point for our organization that our old system was able to capture and report out.

Hi Customer Support, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to suggest an enhancement to our current SFTP data upload process. Could you please provide notifications each time we upload data to the SFTP, indicating whether the upload was successful or not? Additionally, it would be extremely helpful if these notifications could include detailed information on any errors, such as incorrect characters in file A or improper formatting in file B, etc.Implementing this feature would greatly assist us in ensuring data integrity and streamlining our workflow. For employees who have had a long career it takes quite a while to add skills to each job on their profile. During the profile creation could there be the ability to add the same skills for multiple jobs quickly (or copy the same skill to multiple jobs). This will stop employees having to enter the same data multiple times, and improve the experience and make it quicker to create a profile in career hub.

Good morning! Eightfold has just been implemented at our company and we have very little customization. I am part of a Talent Sourcing team and we are looking to define a process for our team to marry the recruiting workflow and the sourcing workflow. Example, adding prospects to a community, screening and inviting them to apply. Once they have applied, how does a recruiter know it was a candidate we sourced, and is there a mechanism in which we could be notified of a completed application?  Hoping someone might be able to connect to share some best practices they have already implemented. 

The new dashboard solution should allow users to customize their dashboards, IE they should have the ability to save filters / bookmark a certain view or schedule an output to various formats pdf, ppt

Our team is looking to potentially intergrate the Events feature in Eightfold for our recruiting organization. What dashboard report will provide the date a candidate was dispositioned? Is this possible?

We have recently deployed the Career Hub to our employees. We are continuously looking to gather feedback from our employees/candidates on their experience of using the Career Hub. I understand currently the Career Hub experience survey is not built yet. Can anyone share how they are gathering feedback on employee experience other than creating links to forms held externally? Id love to hear how you are using Surveys in general.Thanks,Judith 

Has anyone tried to use Campaigns for sharing newsletters with employees? We would like to use our internal distribution list in Campaigns to share currently opened roles with our employees with some additional information. Has anyone try to utilize Campaign similar way?

Is it possible  to upload attachments sent by the candidate through email to "More Files" directly instead of download from the email and upload to the "More Files"?

Would it be possible to do the following:Get the selectable diversity filters back into calibrations (that way we can focus on what constitutes diversity for our global region) Add veteran with branches options Remove simply showing the diversity selectable options for the 20 candidates on the first page (this doesn’t do anyone any good when you need to filter through a ton of leads)In previous iterations we could do most of the above minus not having the military options.  The present iteration makes things more difficult.Also, please provide updates as well as supplementary direction on UI updates.  No one likes to wake up to a new user interface overnight and without foreknowledge production is slowed.  

What is the best way to create and implement rules of engagement to create visibility and avoid recruiters contacting candidates found in ATS that are in process under another open requisition? 

Eightfold question/suggestion. When setting up a On-site interview in eightfold I am finding more and more times when a hiring manager wants to schedule at the end of a week or next week. In the current set up I can only select the number of days out an applicant can schedule but I can't push out when those dates can start. Can that be an option? Using specific times becomes difficult when there are multiple people sitting in on an interview with a applicant.  For example, if on Monday, I want to start to schedule for Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday.  Not interested in scheduling this week Tues or Wed.  Currently it starts from the day you send the schedule.

Where else does the Chrome extension work besides Linkedin and Github?
