Currently, on Idea dashboard, we can see ideas with their status. When you click on released ideas, it provides a list of idea which were released by EF, but it does not provide any reference link to a documentation which provides details about what was changed, how to adopt/configure.
We’re currently looking to address a requirement regarding capturing candidate consent at the point of application (outlined below). I’m looking to hear from other Customers of Eightfold and Workday to hear how you were able to meet this requirement. Our Talent Acquisition team are currently looking to address the following requirements:Candidates should have the ability to provide consent for their data to be stored solely for the requisition they applied for, with an option to consent for consideration for other roles and future opportunities If a candidate has consented to be considered only for the role they applied for, they should receive communications solely related to that specific role, i.e. recruiters should not be able to contact them about any other roles. Additionally, their record should be purged from Workday after their application has been rejected. Hi. The system has a default email that it sends to interviewers prompting them to give feedback following the interview. We want to change the subject and content of this email, but I can’t see how to do this? How do I replace the default with my own template? Thanks.
After scheduling a candidate for an interview, is there a way to send a follow-up email after the interview has taken place? We’re looking at ways we can send more automated communication to candidates and would like to send a follow-up email after an interview is completed. I have been looking at the automation center, and don’t see a trigger based on interview scheduled date but would love to hear if anyone has creative workarounds or completed a similar action!
We are looking to deploy Employee Referrals. In taking a first glance at the product notes the employee needs to upload the CV of person they are referring. How are other customers managing this with data privacy and being GDPR compliant?We will not be in a position to allow employees to upload the details of another user, is there any other option where a link can be sent to the referral to apply and its linked to the employee?
Hello, we had an end user inform us of candidates who are not getting SMS messages from Eightfold. In looking at this issue with SMS, the candidates not receiving the SMS messages are in the Philippines. I looked on EF's support center and saw that Twilio is what is powering the SMS, and it says "Some international carriers may not transmit SMS to Twilio's network, affecting delivery." Do we have a list of which international carriers accept SMS and those that don't? This information would help us set better exceptions with our end users.

We are getting questions from users on best practices of using calibration and they want to know what the benefit is of using year of experience vs focusing on skills. We were told that the best practices in calibration include adding years of experience. The issue they see with years of experience is that a profile may not be totally up to date, making the years of experience inaccurate and then surfacing leads that are NOT a match. Meaning that if someone's profile was entered into our system 3 years ago and their profile wasn’t manually updated by the CRM connect, their years of experience would be outdated by 3 years. We are wondering if any customers use years of experience in calibration given it would surface outdated profiles and if you are using it, how does it benefit you compared to just using skills, locations and job titles.
Has anyone found or created a report that can produce all the interviewers involved per req/per candidate? This is an important data point for our organization that our old system was able to capture and report out.

Could you please provide notifications each time we upload data to the SFTP, indicating whether the upload was successful or not? Additionally, it would be extremely helpful if these notifications could include detailed information on any errors, such as incorrect characters in file A or improper formatting in file B, etc.Implementing this feature would greatly assist us in ensuring data integrity and streamlining our workflow. For employees who have had a long career it takes quite a while to add skills to each job on their profile. During the profile creation could there be the ability to add the same skills for multiple jobs quickly (or copy the same skill to multiple jobs). This will stop employees having to enter the same data multiple times, and improve the experience and make it quicker to create a profile in career hub.

Good morning! Eightfold has just been implemented at our company and we have very little customization. I am part of a Talent Sourcing team and we are looking to define a process for our team to marry the recruiting workflow and the sourcing workflow. Example, adding prospects to a community, screening and inviting them to apply. Once they have applied, how does a recruiter know it was a candidate we sourced, and is there a mechanism in which we could be notified of a completed application? Hoping someone might be able to connect to share some best practices they have already implemented.

What dashboard report will provide the date a candidate was dispositioned? Is this possible?
We have recently deployed the Career Hub to our employees. We are continuously looking to gather feedback from our employees/candidates on their experience of using the Career Hub. I understand currently the Career Hub experience survey is not built yet. Can anyone share how they are gathering feedback on employee experience other than creating links to forms held externally?
