In Case Portal, is there an ability to click to next (open) case?

Within the case portal, when viewing a case, have the ability to click on the next case?  I currently am backing out to the list and then clicking on the next one.

Yes, in the Eightfold Support Case Portal, we have implemented an automated profile advancement feature. This feature allows you to seamlessly transition from one candidate profile to the next without the need for manual page refreshing or reopening the profile.

Here’s how it works:

1. Navigate to the candidate pipeline.
2. Open the candidate profile you wish to advance in the inline view.
3. Advance the candidate to the next stage.
4. The system will automatically load the next candidate's profile, allowing you to continue the evaluation process smoothly.

This enhancement addresses the common pain point you mentioned above of time-consuming manual processes, making it easier for recruiters to evaluate candidates efficiently.

@drpepperguy - I’m having the same issue. Would love a backwards and forwards button to be able to move through them rather than having to go back each time. If you add this as an idea, let me know - happy to upvote it!

@gemmarf, To move backwards and forwards through the cases in the Case Portal, you can utilize the navigation features provided within the portal interface.

1. Navigating Cases: You can easily switch between different cases without needing to open new tabs. This is done through the portal's user-friendly interface which allows you to view case details and switch between them seamlessly.

2. Pagination Configuration: If you want to enhance your experience while navigating through candidate profiles or cases, you can enable the 'Persist Selected Tab' feature. This can be configured by navigating to Admin Console > Talent Acquisition > Profile Display > Configuration tab > Pagination, and turning on the Persist Selected Tab toggle switch. This will help you maintain your current view when switching between cases.

If you are experiencing any issues accessing the Case Portal, ensure that you have a contact record in Salesforce with access to the Support Portal. If you encounter an error related to SSO, please refer to the troubleshooting steps provided in the support documentation.
