I enjoy your content and would like to create original AI-generated stories inspired by the themes and atmosphere of your public videos. The stories would be my own original work, not copies of your scripts. Do you think this is a good idea? I have an idea for a series of short videos that follow the life of a young boy from age 3 to 9. Each episode would show one meaningful moment in his childhood, and together they would form one long emotional story. I think this format could work both as Shorts and as a full-length compilation. What do you think?
Business ProblemRecruiters often want additional context when assessing internal candidates, particularly for career mobility and succession opportunities. An employee's Career Interests can provide valuable insight into:Roles they aspire to move into Functions they are interested in exploring Internal mobility preferencesHowever, surfacing Career Interests directly in the TA interface previously created confusion because:Recruiters expected it to influence Match Scores. The information could not be searched or filtered. The additional profile data negatively impacted performance.Proposed SolutionIntroduce Career Interests as an optional, recruiter-controlled feature rather than a standard profile field.Option 1: Search and Filter OnlyAllow recruiters to:Filter candidates by Career Interests. Search Career Interests using keywords. Create talent pools based on Career Interest criteria.Career Interests would remain completely separate from Match Scores.Option 2: On-Demand ExpansionRather

The Eightfold mobile application currently supports only a limited subset of Events V1 functionality and does not support Events V2 enhancements that are fully available on the web experience. This gap results in feature inconsistencies, incomplete data visibility, and branding mismatches between desktop and mobile.Current LimitationWe are using Events V2 in Eightfold; however, the mobile app remains on Events V1, causing multiple functional and UI discrepancies.Key Gaps & Issues1. Event Team Display MismatchOn web (Events V2), multiple event team members are displayed correctly. On mobile, only the event creator is shown. Although multiple teams are saved in the teams Json database column and rendered correctly on web, this data is not currently supported or surfaced in the mobile app. Result: Desktop displays 4 team members, while mobile displays only 1.2. Attended Count LimitationsThe attended count on mobile appears to match the web count, though there may be a delay in synchro
When our recruiters decline candidates, the decline email defaults to sending the following day, so that candidates are not rejected too quickly. Right now if the candidate views their applications on the My Jobs tab, they could potentially see they are no longer in consideration for the role before the email is delivered to them. To ensure we have a positive candidate experience, we would like the visible status on My Jobs to coincide with the sending of the decline email.
