Can we download the usage report from the communities for individuals? If yes what are the steps. We need individual report how can we track day to day activity through communities with different stages. If 4-5 recruiters are assigned to one community how can we view their performance through community on Eightfold.

Hi @ritz4mjsr, Yes, we can track and download individual-level Community usage, but the best method depends on the level of detail needed.

Recommended approach

1. Use TA Feature Usage & Outcomes → Community tab

Go to:

Eightfold → Insights → TA Feature Usage & Outcomes → Community

From there, filter by:

  • Date range — for day-to-day, choose the smallest available date range or export raw data and group by day.
  • Community name / title
  • Recruiter / user, where available
  • Activity type / stage, depending on the widget

The Community tab includes user-level and community-level reporting such as:

  • Total Active Users — unique users performing Community UI activity in the selected timeframe.
  • Trend in Active Users and activity — activity count over time.
  • Profiles Outreached by User ID and Timestamp
  • Candidates Responded by User ID and Timestamp
  • Response Rate by User ID and Timestamp
  • Activity Summary by Community – User
  • All activities of the Community User and frequency of usage / Raw Data
  • Candidates advanced to different stages by Community Name
  • Current community stages / recruitment funnel

This should answer: “Which recruiter did what in this community, on which date, and with what outcome?”

How to view performance when 4–5 recruiters are assigned to one community

Filter the dashboard to the specific Community Name and selected date range, then compare recruiters using these views:

Question

Use this widget / report

Who is active in the community?

Total Active Users; Trend in Active Users

What actions did each recruiter take?

Raw Data: All activities of Community User

Who contacted the most candidates?

Profiles Outreached by User ID / Activity Summary by Community–User

Who received responses?

Candidates Responded by User ID

Who has stronger outreach effectiveness?

Response Rate by User ID

How many candidates moved stages?

Community Pipeline / Recruitment full funnel

What stages are candidates currently in?

Current Community Stages

Important nuance: stage movement can include automated workflow actions, so for recruiter performance it is best to evaluate both:

  1. Action-based activity — outreach, add, advance, message, etc. by active user; and
  2. Outcome-based pipeline movement — candidates advanced to stages, applicants, offers, hires. The dashboard notes that stage reporting reflects candidates advanced to different stages, including automated advancement where configured.

Download options

Option A — Export from the dashboard

In the Community tab, use the visual/report export option on the relevant table or raw-data widget, if enabled in the customer’s dashboard permissions. Export the relevant views as CSV/Excel, especially:

  • Activity Summary by Community – User
  • Raw Data: All activities of the Community User
  • Recruitment full funnel
  • Current community stages

Option B — Export candidate pipeline data from the Community pipeline

If they need a candidate-level file from a community pipeline:

  1. Go to the relevant Pipeline / Community workflow.
  2. Select the candidates to export.
  3. Open the kebab / more menu.
  4. Choose Export to CSV.
  5. Download the report when the success modal appears.

The Export to CSV app can include fields like timestamp, candidate name, email, stage, status, application details, and prospect info, depending on configuration. Note: the documented app has a limit of 20 candidates for this action unless extended via enhancement.

Option C — Use Data Hub for the most detailed daily report

For a true day-by-day individual report, use Insights → Data Hub → Advanced mode and query the Community activity tables. Prior support guidance recommends Data Hub for recruiter activity reporting and notes that user activity events can be filtered by recruiter email/profile ID with timestamp and event details. A similar community-stage report can be built from the community applications/stages dataset to show current stage and days in stage.

A report can be structured like:

Date

Community

Recruiter

Activity Type

Candidate Count

Candidates Outreached

Responses

Response Rate
