We are implementing Eightfold TM and TA modules and integrating with Workday which serves as our HRIS and ATS.We have two user populations:US Employees - Sent via Employee Feed; users are automatically assigned the Employee Security Role Employee Recruiters - If an EE is identified as a Recruiter on a Requisition Contingent Worker Recruiters/TA Support - If the CW is identified as a Recruiter on the Job Requisition feed, then Eightfold will create a User and assign them the Recruiter Security RoleIn addition to Employee and Recruiter we have other Security Roles with elevated permissions that will be assigned to business users. There are some that are more specialized roles and will be assigned/revoked manually, but for higher volume roles we would like to implement rules to automatically assign/revoke these security roles to users in specific Business Roles.REQUIREMENTS: Automatically assign specific EF Security Role to Users who meet defined condition rules - e.g. Automatically ass

Trying to add a second email address to my account - why is it not working?Or is there somewhere else I should be adding it?
Eightfold question/suggestion. When setting up a On-site interview in eightfold I am finding more and more times when a hiring manager wants to schedule at the end of a week or next week. In the current set up I can only select the number of days out an applicant can schedule but I can't push out when those dates can start. Can that be an option? Using specific times becomes difficult when there are multiple people sitting in on an interview with a applicant. For example, if on Monday, I want to start to schedule for Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday. Not interested in scheduling this week Tues or Wed. Currently it starts from the day you send the schedule.

I have responsibilities for administering a number of our talent applications.For those using the Talent Management module of Eightfold, I’d love to get your perspective on a few things:) What is working particularly well and what is working not so well in the Eightfold platform? ) Since Eightfold does not have all the components of a traditional TM suite (e.g., Talent Review, Development Planning, Performance Reviews, etc.) what tools or processes have you adopted to facilitate the free flow of data between Eightfold and your other systems? ) What product feature or request related to TM would you like to see developed next in the platform? I listened to this episode of of the New Talent Code podcast Josh Bellis from PTC mentioned one of the reasons that he is passionate about DE&I was that he was adopted by a white family whilst being from minority background.
