Introducing Product Updates in the Community. What is it?Eightfold releases new Product updates every single month. Every new change and feature can be found inside our product release notes. We’re excited to share that you’ll now be able to find every monthly product release note here in the Community.Each month, a new post in the Product Updates page will include the release’s title (i.e. “May 2022 Release Notes), high level overview of what’s being deployed, and a link to the full release note documentation for more details. How do I stay informed on new product releases?Great news!  Introducing the Product Ideas Board! NOTE: If your idea is urgent, please contact your CSM directly. The Community ideas board is for non-urgent ideas only. What is it?The Eightfold Community is excited to host a Community-members only feature that will give you the ability to post new Eightfold product ideas. Notifications:Community members who create an idea, comment on an idea, or subscribe to an idea will be notified via email every time an idea’s development status is updated. Voting on an idea will not result in a development notification. How to create an Idea:We believe that some of the best product ideas for Eightfold’s future will come directly from you. If you have a feature request, click the “Create an idea” button and fill in the following details:Idea Name Idea Description (the more details the better) Product Category Tags (help categorize your idea a bit more so others can easily find it) What Next?Once an idea is created, it will be assigned a “New” status. Community Groups OverviewCommunity Feature

We’re excited to announce a new feature for the Eightfold Community: Community Groups! What are they?Community groups are online groups that connect people around a common identity. Are you a recruiter? Join the Recruiters group. Are you a TA Professional? Join the TA Professionals group. Attending Cultivate Europe? Join the Cultivate Europe group to connect with others attending the event.  Public or Private?Most groups are Public, but others are Private, meaning you’ll have to request to join the group in order to see its content and engage with its members. What’s in a Community Group?Every Community Group contains its own forum where group members can ask questions, share best practices, discuss industry trends, and post relevant content. As groups grow, we’ll look to launch official Community Meetings where members can get together (in-person or virtually) to network and connect with one another. Group CategoriesGroups are currently organized under the following categories: Roles
