Archiving candidates in talent communities broken?

When I archive “added” candidates in a talent community they are not removed.

Is there a work around besides creating a new community?

It gives me this success message and does not remove them.

Hi @craphael,  to address the issue of candidates not being removed from a talent community after archiving them, we recommend the following steps:

1. Remove Candidates Manually: To remove a candidate from a community, navigate to the community, select the candidate, and click on Advance Stage > Not Interested. Candidates moved to the Not Interested stage will not be visible in the community pipeline.

2. Check Community Configuration: Ensure that the community's workflow is correctly configured. Sometimes, the refresh of candidate counts and stages may take some time. You can manually refresh the specific tab to see the latest count.

3. Consider Creating a New Community: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, and if it is critical to have a clean slate, creating a new community may be a viable workaround.

Please let me know if this is helpful.

Hi @Drew Kreiger

The Advance Stage > Not Interested method worked.

Thanks,

Cody

Update: The candidates still show up if I select Views: All added till date. There is no way to hide or remove them which I worry may confuse my hiring managers.
