When adding skills to calibration. Do quotes matter?

For example, would entering Data Analysis vs. “Data Analysis” make a difference?

Hi @craphael, When adding skills to calibration, quotes do not matter. For example, entering Data Analysis and "Data Analysis" will yield the same result in the calibration process. The system recognizes both inputs as identical, so you can choose to enter skills without quotes for consistency and ease of use.

Although quotes do not matter, if you add a + or - before the skill it will change to either Required or Excluded. So if I add a skill that has a “+” in front of it (+Mobile which is another way of saying all things mobile), it automatically defaults to Required. If I put a "-" in front of the skill it converts it to Excluded. Both seem to be a keyboard shortcut for selection, so be wary of this if you want the skill to be Preferred.
