Sharing Position to other Recruitment Team/Sourcer

Is there already a feature in EF to share the entire positions to other members of Recruitment Team? This will be helpful if we want to share a position to a sourcer and receives an EF notification. Or do I need to submit this as an Idea?

@Ara, to share entire positions with other members of the Recruitment Team, we can utilize the My Positions section, which displays positions where we are part of the hiring team. This includes roles such as Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Interviewer, or Other Followers. If we want to add someone to the hiring team for a specific position, we can contact the account administrator or the recruiter responsible for that position to ensure they are included.

Additionally, we can create private position links to share job openings with specific candidates without making the position publicly searchable. This allows us to target our outreach effectively and maintain confidentiality. To create a private position link, we would follow these steps:

1. Open the position.
2. Go to Calibration > Advanced options.
3. Check mark the Candidate Position Visibility Settings to mark the position as private.
4. Select Private Posting Link from the menu drop-down to generate the link.
5. Copy the link and share it directly with chosen candidates.

This approach allows us to share job openings selectively and maintain better control over who sees the posting. However, it's important to note that once the position is marked private, it will only be accessible via the private link, and there is no access control to ensure that only the intended recipient can see the information.
