Skills from Calibration and linking to employee skills profile when hired

If we are taking the time to calibrate the skills for a role at the time of recruitment in our eightfold CRM - wouldn’t it be great if the skills were then following the individual we hire to their profile in Talent management?

To ensure that the skills calibrated during the recruitment process in our Eightfold CRM follow the individual to their profile in Talent Management, we can leverage the integration of our systems.

Currently, skills assessments for external candidates do not transfer to their employee profiles upon hiring. However, we can enhance our processes by implementing a more streamlined approach to ensure that the skills identified during recruitment are consistently reflected in the employee's profile post-hire.

This can be achieved through regular updates and synchronization between the recruitment and talent management systems. By utilizing our calibration insights and auto-calibration features, we can maintain an accurate and up-to-date representation of an employee's skills throughout their career within the organization.
