Calibration not working properly when using Europe as location

When calibrating a community in Eightfold I have noticed that when I list any company and list the location of candidates to be in Europe, Eightfold will bring in candidates from Asia as well.  Is this happening with anyone else?  If I add specific countries i.e. Germany, Italy, etc, and still keep Europe in there, it will show only candidates in Germany and Italy at the company listed.  I’d like to be able to just have Europe in there for location but certainly don’t want to sift through those in Asia as well.

When calibrating a community in Eightfold and specifying candidate locations to be in Europe, it is possible for candidates from other regions, such as Asia, to appear in the results. This may occur due to the Location Flexibility options set for the positions.

In Eightfold, recruiters can create positions with different levels of location flexibility:

Not Flexible: Candidates must be in the same location.
Flexible Within Country: Candidates can be from the same country.
Flexible Globally: Candidates can be from any location worldwide.

If the position is set to Flexible Globally, it will include candidates from outside Europe, including Asia. To ensure that only European candidates are considered, you may want to adjust the location flexibility settings when creating or calibrating positions.
