Has anyone tried to use Campaigns for sharing newsletters with employees? We would like to use our internal distribution list in Campaigns to share currently opened roles with our employees with some additional information. Has anyone try to utilize Campaign similar way?
Is it possible to upload attachments sent by the candidate through email to "More Files" directly instead of download from the email and upload to the "More Files"?
Would it be possible to do the following:Get the selectable diversity filters back into calibrations (that way we can focus on what constitutes diversity for our global region) Add veteran with branches options Remove simply showing the diversity selectable options for the 20 candidates on the first page (this doesn’t do anyone any good when you need to filter through a ton of leads)In previous iterations we could do most of the above minus not having the military options. The present iteration makes things more difficult.Also, please provide updates as well as supplementary direction on UI updates. No one likes to wake up to a new user interface overnight and without foreknowledge production is slowed.
What is the best way to create and implement rules of engagement to create visibility and avoid recruiters contacting candidates found in ATS that are in process under another open requisition?
Eightfold question/suggestion. When setting up a On-site interview in eightfold I am finding more and more times when a hiring manager wants to schedule at the end of a week or next week. In the current set up I can only select the number of days out an applicant can schedule but I can't push out when those dates can start. Can that be an option? Using specific times becomes difficult when there are multiple people sitting in on an interview with a applicant. For example, if on Monday, I want to start to schedule for Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday. Not interested in scheduling this week Tues or Wed. Currently it starts from the day you send the schedule.

Hello Eightfold Community, Eightfold can provide an XML feed that job boards use to pull jobs from your Personal Career Site (PCS) and display them on the local job search. We create customized feeds for LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor based on each of their specifications. Most smaller job boards accept LinkedIn’s XML feed format, so your jobs will also display on these sites as well using this XML feed. Eightfold job feeds are tailored to support the following job board specifications for XML schema: LinkedIn Indeed Glassdoor Customers have also used the XML feeds from the above list to export jobs across several other job boards like DirectEmployers and eQuest. The XML feed can be enabled in Admin Console under Career Site & Referrals > SEO & Job Feed.
