For others who are looking to add a second email account to their Eightfold account, you can follow these steps:
1. Log into your Eightfold account.
2. Navigate to the Account > My Emails section.
3. Here, you can add the additional email address you wish to use.
Please note that this method is less preferred as it might lead to poor email delivery. Alternatively, if the additional domain does not have a DMARC policy, you can file a request to the implementation team (or Eightfold Support post Go-Live) with the domain name you wish to add, and they will provide you with the necessary Domain Verification records to update in your DNS.
