Has anyone tried to use Campaigns for sharing newsletters with employees? We would like to use our internal distribution list in Campaigns to share currently opened roles with our employees with some additional information. Has anyone try to utilize Campaign similar way?

We were talking about doing this at Zebra, but we’re backing off for a couple different reasons.
- Employee communications below to our Corp Comm group and not TA.
- Unless your company is using Talent Management, the EE population found just in the TA module (which we’re using) isn’t perfect. We have several known EEs not being listed as actual employees because their profiles aren’t fully updated.
- Campaign audiences are still being generated from the criteria list. Sure, narrow down your audience, but it’s kind of a blunt object. You’re going to get a lot of people included who probably shouldnt be part of the campaign.
