What can I customize on my career site?

The Personalized Career Site (PCS) portal can be fully customized with branding components across the page. Administrators can configure these components in their Admin Console so that the career site mimics the styles of the main corporate website. Custom styles can be used to lay out the way the PCS site displays to users.

With Eightfold, you can customize branding for the following:

• The header banner image shown at the top and its title
• The videos and articles displayed to users at the bottom of each job post to describe corporate culture
• The perks (benefits) available to employees after being hired
• Color, layouts, and banners based on internal departments or locations (e.g., HR vs IT, Amsterdam vs Beijing)
• Canned privacy statements shown across all jobs on third-party sites
• The favicon that shows in browser tabs
• Custom CSS styles for fonts, navbar elements, and colors

When users navigate to your career site, they expect to see elements that match the corporate theme of your site. Using the Eightfold branding configurations, the career site will blend in with other pages of your site so that applicants will intuitively know that they are on the right site. Branding also helps with user experience and search engine optimization. For example, Google will index elements of your pages for queries on your corporate name based on branding elements.

In the image above, you can see an image, title, color scheme and other configurable elements. The banner at the top, the title, the options within search, the left navigation and other elements not shown in the image (such as videos and footer text) can be branded in the Admin Console.
