We are looking to deploy Employee Referrals. In taking a first glance at the product notes the employee needs to upload the CV of person they are referring. How are other customers managing this with data privacy and being GDPR compliant?
We will not be in a position to allow employees to upload the details of another user, is there any other option where a link can be sent to the referral to apply and its linked to the employee?

There is an option within 8fold to send referral link to a candidate, that will then apply as any other candidate but source in 8fold will show the name of the person who has referred that candidate. Hope this helps

You can find this personalized URL on the My Referrals page. This allows employees to generate one link and share it with multiple candidates without needing to enter their details for each one.
