For employees who have had a long career it takes quite a while to add skills to each job on their profile. During the profile creation could there be the ability to add the same skills for multiple jobs quickly (or copy the same skill to multiple jobs). This will stop employees having to enter the same data multiple times, and improve the experience and make it quicker to create a profile in career hub.
