Hi ​@hlyric23, Excuse me for my last reply and thank you for your patience. Yes, when Eightfold Scheduling is configured with calendar integration, schedulers can view availability across multiple interviewers at the same time as part of finding “Suggested times” for an interview.

What enables this in Eightfold

• Calendar integration is required to auto-identify available time options across interviewers (as opposed to manually picking a “Specific time”).
• With calendar integration, Eightfold can query interviewer calendars (free/busy) and present slots that work across the selected interviewers.

How it shows up during scheduling

• For multi-interviewer scenarios (including panel interviews), the scheduling flow supports selecting multiple interviewers, and Eightfold will find overlapping availability across all selected interviewers to propose valid time slots. 
• This is described in the product as the system “find[ing] available slots across all the interviewers,” including overlapping slots for panelists.

Notes / constraints to be aware of

• If your org is using calendarless scheduling, Eightfold cannot auto-identify interviewer availability; the scheduler identifies time slots manually and the system sends ICS-based invites. 
• Suggested-time slot discovery is part of the standard scheduling experience; the documentation emphasizes availability lookup and conflict avoidance via calendar integration (Microsoft 365/Outlook or Google Calendar).
