Talent Tracking - offer documents

In TT sending out an offer there is no option to add attachments, such as Benefits booklets for the country hire.  Will this be an option in the future?

I don’t even see an option to create a message template with the benefits booklet to be sent to candidates.

In addition, there seems to be a lack of capability to also add an additional document for signature, apart from the offer, such as a PIA.  Is this in scope for review?

thanks

Hi @Imellopark, Excuse me for the wait here. I hope the answers below are helpful.

1) Offer email attachments (e.g., benefits booklet)

Talent Tracking supports adding attachments when sending an offer, but this is controlled by an admin setting.

In Admin Console → Talent Tracking → Settings → Offers, there is a toggle called “Enable Attachments in Offer Email” that must be turned on to allow users to include additional documents (such as benefits summaries or policies).

In the recruiter workflow, once an offer is approved and you reach the Send Offer step, there is an option to add attachments (optional).

If you are not seeing the attachments option in the UI, the most likely reason is that this setting is not enabled in Offer settings.

2) No option to create a message template with the benefits booklet

Offer communication templates do exist (Email, SMS, WhatsApp) under Offer Templates → Communication Template, where admins can configure:

  • Sender / CC

  • Subject

  • Body

  • Variables

However, these templates only support message content. There is no documented capability to pre-attach files (such as a benefits booklet) within the template itself.

Attachments are instead added at send time, provided the attachments setting is enabled.

3) Additional documents for signature besides the offer letter (e.g., PIA)

Based on current product documentation, Offer Signature Methods are designed specifically for signing the offer letter.

They are not intended to collect signatures for non-offer documents (such as onboarding forms or agreements like a PIA).

There is no documented support for sending multiple documents (e.g., offer letter + PIA) for signature as part of the same offer signing workflow.

4) Future availability / roadmap

There is no documented roadmap or forward-looking commitment available in the referenced materials.

As a result, it cannot be confirmed whether:

  • Template-level attachments

  • Multi-document signature workflows (offer + additional documents)

will be supported in the future.
