How often do the customer analytics dashboards refresh?

Once an Eightfold-authored dashboard is created, Eightfold will automatically start refreshing the data associated with this dashboard. Data refreshes are done once every 24 hours.
If a dashboard is subsequently deleted, Eightfold will no longer refresh the data associated with this dashboard - we only refresh data for provisioned Eightfold dashboards.
This means that if a dataset is only used for a custom dashboard, it will NOT be updated. A dataset is considered "active" if it is used by at least one Eightfold-provisioned dashboard. We do NOT support refreshing datasets provisioned exclusively for custom dashboards.
