Based on the documentation https://docs.eightfold.ai/2024q3-recruiter-experience/create-interview-plans, it appears that the list of ATS stages displayed on the Create Interview Plan page, as well as their sequence, can be configured through the ATS configuration. Customers need to engage an Eightfold Solution Architect or Customer Support team to make these changes.
To better understand our options, we have noticed that some ATS-managed stages, which are not managed within Eightfold, are currently appearing in the Create Interview Plan stage selection. We also see stages that do not need to be associated with the interview planning process.
Is it possible for us to remove these unnecessary stages and reorder the stage list ourselves, or would this need to be raised with Eightfold Customer Support for configuration changes? for review and impact assessment?
