I have 55 candidates in the Business review, Hiring manager provided the feedback. How can we Sort candidates by the given feedback- advanced to next stage Vs Dispositioned?

Hi ​@Bhartig, Yes, there is a way to bulk sort or filter candidates by feedback status. Eightfold has introduced new filters to the pipeline that allow users to easily distinguish candidates with positive or negative feedback.

The two new filters added are:
1. Positive Feedback - This filter displays all candidate profiles that have at least one 'thumbs up' feedback.

2. Negative Feedback- This filter displays all candidate profiles that have at least one 'thumbs down' feedback.

This enhancement addresses the previous issue where the feedback filter combined both positive and negative feedback, making it cumbersome to sort through the list. With these new filters, recruiters can efficiently manage candidate evaluations without the need to review each profile individually. The required setup for these filters is config-driven in the Admin Console, similar to other steps in the Pipeline product. This allows for a more streamlined and effective evaluation process for recruiters.
