Our Data Privacy team flagged that the Capability Matrix in Eightfold TA may present a potential issue under California privacy law, specifically related to Automated Decision-Making Tools (ADMT).

Can someone provide answers to the following questions: 

  • How does California privacy law impact the use of the Capability Matrix feature? 

  • What measures do Eightfold have in place to ensure this feature, and others alike remain compliant?
