We archive a candidate from Talent Pool usually when they are not qualified and not a good match for the role after Calibration. Will AI learn from this to improve the talent pool in future for similar roles? If I calibrate similar roles, will AI exclude those candidates we Archive from Talent Pool?

Hi @Ara, Yes, the AI within our platform will learn from the candidates we archive from the Talent Pool, particularly when they are deemed not qualified or not a good match for the role after the calibration process. This learning will help improve the talent pool for similar roles in the future.

When you calibrate similar roles, the AI will indeed exclude those candidates that have been archived from the Talent Pool. This ensures that the calibration process is refined and that only the most suitable candidates are considered for future openings.

When I archive a lead, does the lead seem in archive for everyone or only for me?

Hi @Aishwarya, When a lead is archived, it is archived for all users, not just the individual who archived it. This means that once a lead is archived, it will be visible in the archive for everyone who has access to that information. Therefore, the archiving of a lead is universal rather than user-specific.
