Based on the closest documented workflows we have, here is how candidate applications are handled:

1. Smart Apply (Recommended)

In Smart Apply mode, candidates complete their application directly within Eightfold rather than being redirected to an external Applicant Tracking System (ATS) form.

• Standard Fields: The application form includes required fields such as Resume, Name, Email, and Phone Number by default.

2. Link Off

PCS can be configured to redirect candidates to your ATS to complete the application process.

• Submission Location: In this "Link Off" approach, the application is submitted through the ATS, and the application record is not natively created within PCS.

3. Resume-Free Guided Experience

There is a documented "without resume" candidate journey where individuals answer a series of guided questions regarding their location, interests, and skills before applying.

• Note on Administration: While this exists as a candidate-facing guide, the current documentation does not describe a specific admin or integration mechanism to import or create these applications while explicitly guaranteeing that no resume is parsed.
