When my campaign is live and I want to pause the campaign, I don’t see the ability to select this option. Additionally, when my campaign has come to closure, how do I stop the campaign or archive this? 

Finally, where am I able to associate a name for the campaign in which they were hired? When I hover over the Hired on the Metrics tab of the campaign it does not allow me to see hires. 

Any guidance on these items would be appreciated!

Hi Mary,
We have created a big event linked to a campaign to attract candidates from our Talent Pool in December. With the help of the “requisition” tab we were able to link the specific job requisitions to receive more applications particularly to those we needed. However, at the end we were unable to track the applicant progress as you mentioned- no step stage information is available. When we raised it to Eightfold the answer was the same. There is no solution supporting this activity. In my opinion without a proper dashboard with candidate names and their step stage progress we can never measure the real success of the campaigns.

Thank you so much for your insights. I agree, the ability to be able to track hires based on a campaign via the metrics and/or dashboard is an important piece to understand the who and the hires. ​
