Currently, we have this process out of Eightfold, but it would be fantastic if we could have this here.

Hi @ncovarrubias, I could not find any documentation that describes a native option/feature to mark collaborators as “High Potential” inside Eightfold (for example, a dedicated HiPo flag on a collaborator/user record or a built-in “High Potential” designation workflow).

What I can confirm from the materials is:

  • Eightfold pipelines can surface additional HRIS fields as configurable columns (i.e., if a “High Potential” value exists in the customer’s HRIS and is brought into Eightfold as a field, it can be shown as a column).
  • Eightfold supports bringing data in as custom/configurable fields via HRIS integration, which is the simplest way to expose that kind of attribute in the UI.
