List of Currently Licensed Products in Sandbox

Hi There

Is there a way of seeing the list of currently enabled / licensed products in the Sandbox instance?

When it comes to analyzing the features that get released in a Quarterly release (say Q3), the first thing we do is, to check what are the products that we are licensed for.

Only those features relevant to the licensed products are the ones we need to analyze, right?

For that, how do I know which features of Q3 are relevant to the Eightfold products that my company has licensed?

I should be able to filter the Q3 features that are only relevant to what’s already installed / enabled / licensed, right?

Please let me know how you tackle this.

Hi @arulsubra, Yes! the way I’ve seen this done is via the Feature Management Tool (FMT), where you can filter by product line to see what your sandbox is licensed for and what’s available to you.

How to check licensed products (what you should see in FMT)

  • In FMT, use the Product line dropdown to view/select the product lines your environment is licensed for (the expectation is that the dropdown only shows what the customer is licensed for).
  • If something looks off (missing a product you believe you have, or showing something you don’t), you can flag it and ask Eightfold to verify the backend configuration.

Helpful nuance: PCS isn’t shown as a separate product line

If you’re specifically looking for PCS, it’s not a standalone product line in FMT — it’s treated as a sub-module under Talent Acquisition.

  • To find PCS-related items, filter product line by Talent Acquisition, then search within the release/features list for “PCS” or “career site.”
