Identify hires from campaigns

Are you able to identify specific hires from your campaigns? I can see how many hires we made from a campaign, but not the specific individual or job title. Have you been able to get this granularity of data?

Hi @carmen.mason, Currently, while we can track the overall number of hires made from a campaign, we do not provide specific details about individual hires or their job titles. The data granularity you are looking for, such as identifying specific hires from campaigns, is not available at this time.

Hi Carmen, we have  the same issue… I already submitted my idea around this important topic today. Would you help me to raise the votes so Eightfold can look into that ?Proposal for Enhanced Candidate Tracking Dashboard | Community

It’s odd that we can’t filter by hires within the Recipients section. There is the option to filter and download a list of individuals who opened, clicked, and applied from the email campaign - it’d be nice to also have hires. Otherwise, users need to download the list of those that applied and look at each candidate profile one by one until they find someone who is in the hired status. This becomes a bit of a timesuck when we have email campaigns that garnered 20-30+ applicants. Just some product feedback...

Hi @grant8829, Yes, we’ve been able to get to that level of detail, but not directly through the standard campaign report UI. The campaign dashboard typically shows aggregate metrics, while the underlying candidate/application/job-level detail usually needs to be pulled via Data Hub or Analytics. That can include the specific candidate/profile, application, req/job ID, job title, and current or final stage. One thing to be aware of is that campaign “hire” attribution may be based on activity within the campaign attribution window, so the hire count may not always mean the person applied directly from that exact campaign click. If the candidate was touched by multiple campaigns within the attribution logic, the same hire may be reflected in more than one campaign.
