Is there a way to stop all follow up emails tied to a specific communication template?

I just chatted with the Eightfold support team and it sounds like you got your question answered by them. But for others who are interested, here’s what our support team said:
Unfortunately, there isn’t one place to cancel all of them. The person who used the template to send the email will need to:
- Go to their inbox (inside the EF platform):
- Change their list view to “scheduled emails”
- Cancel them one at a time.
