Empower Your Eightfold Admin: Optimize, Troubleshoot, Thrive!
In this four-day (8 hours in total) workshop, we will provide the knowledge needed to administratively manage the Eightfold platform and address the most common “Level 1” support issues raised by users of the Eightfold Suite without the need to file a ticket with Eightfold Support.
Topics include training on critical functional areas, necessary integration settings, everyday tasks, best practices, and resources. Each workshop session will consist of a short lecture introducing a topic and a guided walkthrough showing how to configure and edit relevant settings. Each student will be given an Eightfold demo instance to practice skills taught during the course.
