Empower Your Eightfold Admin: Optimize, Troubleshoot, Thrive!

 

In this four-day (8 hours in total) workshop, we will provide the knowledge needed to administratively manage the Eightfold platform and address the most common “Level 1” support issues raised by users of the Eightfold Suite without the need to file a ticket with Eightfold Support. 

 

Topics include training on critical functional areas, necessary integration settings, everyday tasks, best practices, and resources. Each workshop session will consist of a short lecture introducing a topic and a guided walkthrough showing how to configure and edit relevant settings. Each student will be given an Eightfold demo instance to practice skills taught during the course. 

 

Day 1 covers Admin Console Features:

Overview of the Admin Console

Release management and the Feature Management tool (FMT); Managing roles, users, and permissions

 

Day 2 Templates and Forms:

In this session, you'll learn how to create and deploy various templates and forms.

Scheduling Templates

Communications Templates

Survey Forms

Feedback Forms

 


Day 3 PCS and Talent Management Features.

In this session, you'll learn how to perform:

  • Language Overrides

  • PCS branding

  • Talent Management Terms of Service

  • Feeds

  • Theme Builder for both Talent Management & PCS

 

Day 4 Troubleshooting and Ask the Experts:

Data Hub, Dashboards, debugging tools

Ask the Expert and Important Eightfold resources.
