Login Instructions
To access the Eightfold Community portal, first, log in using your production (NOT sandbox) Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform (TIP).
If you’re already logged into TIP, simply click the blue 'Login with Eightfold SSO' button below for seamless access.
- If you encounter issues, try exiting your session, logging into production TIP again, and then returning to this page.
- For ongoing login issues, please submit a Support Request through the Get Help feature within the product, or visit our Support Portal .
Important:
- If you do not have access to the portal, please contact your organization’s Eightfold Administrator or HR Team. You may also reach out to your Eightfold Customer Success Manager (CSM) for help.
- Email and password logins are phased out.
- Users with sandbox email accounts, please submit a Support Request
