Login Instructions
 To access the Eightfold Community portal:
 
- Log in to the Eightfold production instance (not sandbox - …@customerdomain-sandbox.com) 
 - Click the blue 'Login with Eightfold SSO' button below for seamless access. 
 -  If you encounter issues, try exiting your session and logging back into your Eightfold production instance. 
 
Important:
 
- If you do not have access to the portal or having login issues, submit a support request via the Get Help feature in Eightfold or directly through our  Support Request   
 - Email and password logins are no longer used to log in. Only SSO 
 -  Password resets aren’t needed — the Community uses your Eightfold instance SSO credentials to log in.
